•Pansy Glass Company has the right to reject a commission based on
subject matter, time frame, size of the piece or any other problem
     that may come into play
•please keep in mind these pieces are handmade. So for repairs, that
exact piece of glass may no longer exist, but we can always fix the
     problem as best as possible!
•for repairs, depending the scenario, you may be asked to pay for
shipping, some glass, or full repair cost
•I will always repair any problem that may have been made in
production of the piece no cost, however breaks from suction cups
     may require some repair costs

Hanging Instructions and After Care-
•PLEASE DO NOT USE SUCTION CUPS. They tend to pop easily due to
changes in temperature, time, and gravity
•There are many great ways to hang your piece securely. I always
recommend "s" hooks screwed into your window frame or just the
locks on your windows! For more examples don't hesitate to reach
     out(:
•If needed just buff with a micro fiber cloth, don't wipe with anything
abrasive. If you want to bring back original shine after time, you can
use carnuba wax. Wax on, let dry, then polish off with a micro fiber
cloth. You can use an old toothbrush or toothpick to get out any
polish that may have dried in the corners after a new polish
•Try not to get any water on it and only use ammonia free cleaners if
     needed, like on mirror
•STAINED GLASS DOES CONTAIN LEAD. It's at completely safe levels
and also coated in wax. Wash hands after, if handling for awhile
